Welcome to our Blog! :)

This is our first post and we are VERY excited to start our new blog “They Say…”

Come join us in our sometimes interesting, sometimes amusing adventure as we dig into what it means to live in a natural and holistic way!  Join us as we learn and experiment!  This is going to be fun!


Who are we?

We have been co-workers for the past couple years and our friendship has continued to grow as we both found a mutual interest in health and well being! Being fellow sweet tooth’s (Katy’s boyfriend is Häagen and Katie’s is Dazs!) and bonding over the fact that taking the stairs at work was practically giving both of us asthma (haha! Seriously…), we found that working as a team was helping us get on the right and healthy track!:) And yes our names are both Katie(y).


Why did we start this blog?

So, both of us also have recently dug into our research about what’s the best nutrition and natural remedies out there and we’re still learning together! It started with both of us were always coming over to each other’s office or cubicle sharing the new “thing” we were learning. Many times our conversation included, “They say…” followed by something like, “that coconut water has twice the amount of potassium as banana!” We both have different health issues, along with getting sick often so we both got fed up and decided to get healthy! Many of the natural remedies we discovered actually worked!!! So that’s where we get the name of our blog and that's why we wanted to share our experience with the you!


What is this blog about?

This blog is an outlet for us to share what we find about living healthy and natural!  We’ll tell you what really works and what’s a waste of money in our opinion! So read our blog and join us as we tell you what great info, products and tips we find! You may find a few funny videos of us as well of us trying out exercises, crazy detox drinks, recipes and more!
